Our rates
Below rates include weekly cleaning (excluding washing-up), change of bed linen, VAT as well as service charges (electricity, gas, water), taxes and duties.

Rates as indicated above are guideline rates and are valid until further notice. Please inquire the surcharge for additional persons as well as rates for longer/shorter periods at info@pension-brigitta.at giving full particulars.

Children
There is no charge for children up to 4 years of age sharing parents bed.
Holidays/Feast Days and Congresses
Please check rates and conditions for these times (New Year etc.) as they might vary from usual ones.

Reservation and Billing
Reservation can only be made with your credit card. If your credit card is not valid internationally a deposit by bank transfer or by registered letter is necessary. Payment is due monthly in advance, for shorter duration on arrival.

Deposit
Security deposit for furnishings and set of keys: Euro 300,- . The amount is due upon arrival.

Cancellation conditions
Cancellation conditions depend on the duration of stay and are set out in the Reservation Confirmation.
